Researched composite aircraft fuselage assembly optimization by combining FEA (ANSYS ACP, SolidWorks), machine learning, and advanced optimization algorithms. Generated simulation data to build predictive models in Python (XGBoost, Random Forest, SVR, GPR) for estimating deformation, stress, and strain. Applied Bayesian Optimization and COBYLA to reduce actuator-induced stress and deformation by over 50%, advancing smart manufacturing innovation through simulation-driven, data-enhanced engineering.
Founder & CEO of Rabbani IT Solution

I am the founder and CEO of Rabbani IT Solution, established on February 7, 2022, and led the company until August 15, 2023. Starting with just three team members, we grew to around 60 full-time professionals. I’m proud of our impact on rural communities—employing local talent and fostering growth in underprivileged areas. Rabbani IT was built on the vision of using technology for social good, and it’s fulfilling to see that vision take shape.

I served as Acting Instructor at the Department of Marine Technology, NPI Dhaka. I taught courses such as Diesel Engine Operation, Ship Propulsion, Engine Overhauling, Mechanical Drawing, and Basic Electricity. Blending theory with hands-on practice, I aimed to equip students with essential maritime skills. This role was both a teaching and learning experience, enriching my journey in marine technology education.
Internship Trainee – United Engineering & Power Service Ltd. (UEPSL)
September 2016 – December 2016 | Sylhet, Bangladesh
Completed a four-month on-site internship focused on power plant engine maintenance. Responsibilities included checking and maintaining alternator and charge air filters, assisting in turbocharger overhauling, inspecting engine components, and servicing lubricating oil filters. This hands-on experience provided valuable insight into the operational procedures of large-scale power systems.
